Terms and Conditions

  • Pantry services will be available through ID Card. Recharge the ID card using the following steps.
    • Open the online portal (https://protego.gatisofttech.net/payment) or recharge from FSAPP.
    • Enter FSK/FET ID.
    • Add the recharge amount. (minimum amount ₹ 100/-).
    • Select Payment Option. (note that only UPI recharge is free, rest options will attract bank/GST/other charges)
    • Wait for the Payment Confirmation and page redirect.
    • You will receive an email confirmation for the recharged amount and Invoice copy of the payment.
  • Misplaced/Lost ID cards will be issued at a replacement cost of ₹ 100/- and new cards will be issued within 5 working days.
  • If the card is misplaced then staff need to inform the Kitchen team immediately and get the card deactivated, in case anyone is using your card in that case school/Protego services will not be responsible for the same.
  • Return of a purchase made through card can be done only within 15 minutes of purchase (Packaged Items Only).
  • The card recharge amount is non-transferrable.
  • The payment terms and conditions are subject to revision.
  • The pricing of food items is subject to revision depending on market price fluctuations
  • GST is inclusive on every food item but GST/other charges are applicable during an online recharge by bank or App. (UPI payments are not chargeable)
  • The balance amount in the card will be refunded in case the staff leaves the school. The card has to be submitted to the HR department.
  • It is the responsibility of the student/staff to keep the card safe from misuse.
  • The option of purchasing Pantry items/today's special is available from grade 1 onwards.
